Sell for Cash
We buy your property for cash all upfront. Here are some things that we would need to consider the property at a minimum:
1. Review the property
2. All back taxes and any fees paid off
3. Any type of road access
4. Clean title
5. 3rd party due diligence (we can have this done as well)
6. Agree on pricing
Consignment
We offer the ability for investors that would like to consign their property to us. This option allows you to get exposure to our current investors as well as seen on our website. Once someone is interested in purchasing your property either via wholesale or land arb, I will pass them off to you to work out the agreement. Here are some things we would require at a minimum:
1. 3rd party due diligence and marketing photos
2. I would need your pricing/terms to list the information accurately
3. There will be a consignment fee
4. Someone who is easy to work with and communicate with
Land Notes
